1. Returns

We accept returns of any product on FELINI GROUP Online store free of charge within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused in the same condition received with tag and original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Once the return form is completed, you will receive via email the label to apply on the original box (or another box that is equally sturdy) to cover the original shipping label. Drop off your return at a FedEx pickup location.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- Swimwear
- Fragrances
- FELINI GROUP final sales products

3. Refunds

Once your package is received, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) to inspect your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been processed and the inspection is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
